YOUR NEXT LEVEL UP! ~ THE FIVE STAGES OF ENGAGEMENT WITH YOUR B.I.G.

Dear One,

As the next Cycle of the BLOOM Intensive approaches, you might be wondering "where do I want to focus my attention." The intention of this post is to help us to each identify our next level of challenge, becoming and accomplishment as our B.I.G.s expand.

It is an exploration of the five stages of engagement with a BIG IMPOSSIBLE GOAL.

A B.I.G. evolves through 5 stages that mirror the evolution of the human mind. 

What level are you one? You might me in a few places at this time? 

Where are you finding yourself? What is your next level?

LEVEL I:  MINERAL ~ THE RATIONAL MIND

ALIGN

This first mind that aligns us with purpose has to be honored.  At this stage one uses the rational mind to figure things out, to piece together an understanding of why, when, who, what and where one is.  For us at BLOOM The FINDING YOUR B.I.G. Journey is the first step. It is a honoring of the rational mind—the mineral mind that wants to know and to remember—why, when, who, what and where.

This is our starting point. Once you have aligned with your purpose your journey then moves through the other stages / states of mind

LEVEL II: NATURE - THE EXPERIENTIAL MIND

EXPAND 

Now that you are aware of your purpose, the next level up after you are aligned with your B.I.G. is to STRETCH— it is the NATURE stage of the journey that calls for expansion. This is where one discovers through regular exploration, embodiment, the inherent logic in the face of uncertainty.

This is where you establish the heartbeat of your B.I.G. by honoring regular practices  This heart beat is strengthened when you begin to do them with others who each have a B.I.G.. This is where you get supported by others to train your concentration and double down on practices of the basics by developing solid practices of planning and making BOLD MOVES, creative collaboration, collective building, and evaluation.

This is where you will encounter what Bob Proctor calls the “Terror Barrier.” 

If you are attempting to stretch and there is pain as opposed to a thrill—then return and center yourself in the basics—strengthen your alignment with your B.I.G. by going over each step. This is where you deepen your inner navigation practices—your BLOOM Mantras, Hekas and Meditation

Again, it helps if you are not alone at this stage of your journey.

LEVEL III: FIRE - THE CREATIVE MIND

CREATE

As you keep stretching mindfully and regularly with others you will begin to get new insights. At this level you are in creation mode– creating things and being recreated and reimagined in the process. New insight and creativity are happening spontaneously. Folks will tell you to slow down but you can. 

This is where you step into the fire for greater visibility. This is where you tell your story and learn to like yourself in the telling of it. Here you will begin to lose any sense of self consciousness about how you might appear to others. This is where you activate your ability to choose to be, in the face of not knowing, uncertainty, blindness, grief and chaos.

This is where you are actively attracting others to your B.I.G. as investors, clients, buyers, and partners.

LEVEL IV: WATER - THE SHARED MIND

TOUCH

At the next level you have to begin to expand your team, collective or community as you enter together what is called momentum. This is where you let go and allow yourself to fly in flow formation. Things will begin to flow given your capacity to feel, to be compassionate and to let go of set points of view.

This is where you will need to let go of emotional pain, and allow for relationships to come together and fall apart. Here, allow yourself to follow the path that opens as you let go.

This is where authentic relationships, family and abundance are found. 

LEVEL V. EARTH - THE MASTER MIND.

BUILD

This stage is about Mastery. This stage is defined by the ability to nurture an authentic community of fellow Masters. These are people who go out and turn others on to their B.I.Gs.

This stage is about manifesting a powerful community of B.I.G. PEOPLE who honor, nurtures, nourishes and celebrates the gift and journey of each individual.

Here one is focused on legacy, continuity and sustainability.
