He is the founder of the BLOOM - a global collective of creatives and change-makers from Africa and the diaspora. BLOOM is a collective space of storytelling and adventures; it is a marketplace for our gifts and a space for collective healing.
Olubode is the founder of the BLOOM Education — a learning institute that uses his Philosophy of BLOOMING to help visionary and creative leaders negotiate the challenges of expanding their enterprises while keeping themselves well.
